    It's pretty safe and makes me feel much better. I had some palpitations and talked to my midwife, she said unless I was experiencing dizzy spells and/or shortness of breath it wasn't a concern. So if you have some shortness of breath with the palpitations I would call. Mine always just felt like my heart skipped a beat.
