    The 351C is gifted with a fairly wide clamping surface so the cap isn't as easy to walk on the 2 bolt mains as it is on a 302 or 351W. I would torque the studs about 10 pounds tighter than what you would a regular bolt which torques on 105 pounds (115 for the studs). Or, use the recommendation from ARP if they have one.

    20+ years ago I built a 65 Mustang into a drag car. Full Frame, 10-pt cage, 1-piece fiberglass front end, Narrowed 9, 31 spline axles, 4.56 posi, C4 with 3500 Stahl, Allison Electronic Ing, I got a complete 351C from PAW.
