hey, the gearing is a too high for any motor under 19t realy, and the front diffs have a habit of breaking when breaking, however for a begginer its a prity good kit to build and if you dont plan on going brushless its ideal, however if you do plan on going brushless id save for somthing like an e-firestorm or a rustler.
