In the Mopar literature it states the PCM's come "unlocked to allow aftermarket tuning". The only problem is that NO ONE offers a system to tune them! Arrow racing took 3 weeks to return my inquiries to tell me that yes they're unlocked but only for a system that no one uses, carries, sells or can even get without a contract with Mopar.
