If anyone is nerdy enough to want to test it, get some fresh RBF600 and ATE SuperBlue or Typ200 and fill 4 identical lengths of brake hose with each type (2 each) and cap the ends and label them. Leave these filled hoses outside, exposed to the elements.

    Discussion Starter · #1 · Oct 6, 2002 Just a heads up for those of you who use ATE Super Blue brake fluid or the ATE series (i.e. Typ 200 and Super Blue) and switch between colors every other bleeding, ATE is discontinuing the Super Blue version. However, ATE will continue to offer the Typ 200 so stock up on the Super Blue if you like it. P.S.

    If you like ATE fluid, just use the gold version. No biggie. True. I had been alternating between blue and gold so I could quickly tell that all the old fluid was flushed out though.
