    March 14, 2014 In 1998, Brent Poulsen, then an 11 th grade high school student in Orillia, Ontario enrolled in a class called Triathlon 101. The purpose of this class was to train for and compete in the Muskoka Sprint Triathlon at the end of the school year. After training for and finishing this race he was instantly hooked on the sport.

    Rogerhospedales January 12, 2012 Today, World Triathlon Corporation (WTC) announced that Canadian athlete Brent Poulsen, residing in Fort Worth tested positive for a prohibited substance and has accepted a suspension for a doping offense. Poulsen was tested by WTC at the Affresh Ironman 70.3 Muncie on July 9, 2011.

    Finally, 40 minutes later in strolls Brent looking completely different in his compression gear. He looks somewhat uncomfortable with a slight waddle in his gait, yet the minute he hits the pillow he’s out cold. Brent is sound asleep and i’m left with a sore stomach from so much laughter and burning nostrils from all the inhaled BioFreeze.

    Things have been going well. I feel like i am riding in the Tour de SattleSores, because of riding every day but enjoying every minute.Tuesday was a good hard tempo run, swim and long ride with big gear work on the climbs.
