The beadlock threads ARE carved out of butter. Treat them as such. Run a tap through every single hole. I found that 20% of the holes were not tapped deep enough. When you bottom out the threads, you WILL strip them out at as little as 10 ft-lbs. there is no way to determine if you are just tightening or bottomed once the ring snugs up.
