    When you first set up your 2nd clutch button it needs to be set to 100% in vJoy. Then set it up in iRacing with that value. You can then change the setting in vJoy to whatever you like (e.g. 43%). Then when you press the clutch iRacing will be expecting 100%, but because your axis is now set to say 43% it will only press it in to 43%.
