It used all of its 6.3” of travel well. The bottom bracket was at a good height that helped the bike corner quite confidently. Braking on the Commencal felt pretty neutral with a tiny bit of squat. Pedaling the Supreme also felt quite efficient due in part to the chainring size lining up with the main pivot point.
