    April 16 2015. Dave Webster sadly passed away last week after being diagnosed with cancer some 18 months ago. Typical to his nature, there was no complaints, and thankfully, little pain. Dave, like lots of people, started in business in his garage until 1983 when he went into partnership with Norrie Kerr to form Midland Scooter Centre (MSC).
