From what I had read and researched I want the Eaton Detroit Truetrac. This shop is mainly a Yukon dealer so they are pushing what they like.

    The TrueTrac is not recommended for drag racing, expecially with a stick car. The helical gear set up in a 8.8 differential does not allow sufficient gear contact surface area to withstand shock loads of repeated clutch dumps with slicks! Your better off going with a detroit locker differential for the track if you're concerned with it holding ...
