Ed Wilbur, 85, passed away on Nov. 16, 2021. He was born March 10, 1936 in Sacramento to Charles and Dolly Wilbur. He was known to introduce himself as “Big Ed’s my name, racing’s my game, legend in my own mind, thrill seeker”. Ed owned a tire shop for 50 years. He raced at West Capitol and Roseville raceways.
