You're barely above idle, that means that once you release the brake and nail the gas, your car has to wind up and shock the tires to move forward. the best way to leave on the foot brake is have the car preloaded, with as much as you can hold with the brakes, this way the car is already to leave when you release the brake. On the 'brake it will usually 60' about .03-.05 faster than footbrakin'. The sprag converter is a LOT more agressive on the launch and makes no difference whatsoever. High 1.20's and low 1.30s but somewhat less consistent downtrack. GET OUT & VOTE THIS NOVEMBER!! Save Reply C ckelly Registered Joined Apr 1, 2002 9,251 Posts #4 · Aug 9, 2009
