Forward-shifted Bracing. Literally, shifting the position of the X-bracing under an acoustic guitar’s top forward, toward the soundhole / neck. The idea is to increase the area of the top that is behind the bracing, freeing that top surface to move resulting in a louder, more responsive instrument.
