They roll smoothly and true out of the box. Weight is not crazy heavy, 1800+g. There is some drag on the freewheel when coasting but hopefully that eases in time. The only real caveat is mounting tires. It took some work to get my tires to mount round, the bead would not set until I used some baby powder to mount the tubes.
