But once I moved onto an 8020 aluminum profile custom rig, with ZERO give, I realized how much "give" the OmegaGT had. The feedback is way better on a more solid rig. Obviously, not everyone is going to o drop $700-1000 on a rig, and this product meets the needs for a wheelbase like TM or Logitech. But not with an LC pedal or any DDW systems.

I chose to purchase an aluminium profile racing rig from GT Omega as they were UK based and price seemed reasonable. Everything arrived without issue, although in two separate deliveries. I had all sorts issues with assembly, spent hours trying to get it all to fit, in the end I gave up, the parts would just not fit together!

Another good thing about the GT Omega is that it can disconnect in half just by turning a couple of knobs allowing me to detach the steering wheel half and use the seat and bass shakers to watch movies without having the wheel in my field of vision. I use it with my Epson EH-TW3200 Projector and a 77" screen connected to my gaming HTPC.
