Same thing goes to me .After i tested this mod i founded the one and only issue on this is that you cannot use your own favorite land vehicles parked in your Safehouse (i.e Get a fast vehicle and get to the starting grid or something similar to that) after selecting a desired Track and start a race thus rendering it completely useless (apart from just cruising around LC).

Hi guys! I'm currently using a 100% complete save ;) I installed many mods and script to let GTA IV become very very realistic regarding car damages and felony. But , even if i'm searching a lot, it remains REALLY HARD for me to find a simple way to - see random traffic car speeding? Isn't possible? All normal sane drivers in gta? :D - race with npc at least :) A mod/script to do that?
