For the driver side I used a piece of 2x4 and a pry bar to lift on the engine to get it up another couple mm which was all it took to get the mount out. Just wedge the 2x4 sideways between the mount and the engine. Place the bar on the 2x4 and the part of the engine the mount bolts to and pull down on the bar.
