Added a small spacer in the front of the seat to get a comfortable back angle and driving position. You could also weld in some channel iron in to bolt to. I am 5"10" and in order to get my helmet safely below the roll bar the seat needed to be on the floor. Kirkey seat backs must also be braced to be SCCA/NASA legal.

A containment seat requires more work and possibly some fabrication. The bottom , (or side) of the seat mounts normally, the rear of the seat comes with four stock mounting points.
