The fix is to run the iRacing "Configure Your Hardware" Tool, the same one you ran when you first installed iRacing. Just click the Configure Button, a window will popup suggesting you allow iRacing to automatically configure your Hardware or choose minimum settings. I'd choose automatic just to be safe.
