    Yes very easy. Will cost you 50 cents per hour to host a race on a dedicated server. You can set any, track, car, or set of cars. Practice, qually time and race time. Basically any structure you want. YOu can also set up team events i.e. 2 friends teaming up as co-drivers for example. So if you have 10 friends. Thats 10 cents each for 2 hours.

    As others have said nothing is guaranteed but if you can get very similar iRatings this is your best chance of racing together.     The only way to guarantee you're in the same race is to host it yourself. Or pick a series that doesn't often split. Damn!
