I've gone in to graphics settings and brought down the values of everything to medium or low, brought the max comp/ram (??) usage down so that if there are background processes running it doesn't affect iRacing.

It worked for me. 4 Days testing and now screen freeze yet. Other options. 1. Uninstall PhysX Software 2. Clean GPU and re-seat 3. Allow Prefer maximum performance in Power Management Mode setting under Manage 3D settings in Nvidia Control Panel. Those steps did not work for me but did for others.
