IIRC it is 115 octane. The Blue part of the gas is just a dye, and it tends to coat your fuel intake area. We ran this in a race car with a carb about 10 years ago and the inside of the carb turned blue. It is meant for higher compresion race engines that have no emissions systems left on the car. And it does smell really good!!!

If you have access to Turbo Blue fairly close by there's nothing wrong with trying it and see how it performs. It can't be a bad product with the amount of places that sell their stuff if you look at the dealer map. If you can pick up Turbo Blue locally and have to have the other brands shipped that's an added cost you wouldn't have to pay. | Quote

I think Turbo Blue is a horrible fuel. If it doesn't ruin the muffler bearings first, the acid will eat holes in your gas tank. :| If you use it, be sure to add a teaspoon of Pepto Bismal (or any other good anti-acid).

Okay, I already get bad Bansee mileage, but I'm tired of getting razzed my my 4 stroke riding buddies when I go on reserve and then run out long before they even hit reserve....I think that part of the problem is the fuel that spills out of the overflow on the carbs. I've tried adjusting the floats, but it only helped for a short time.
