the only way to fix the bug is to have the latest Steam executable for the game, however, doing so means you can have no mods because steam's kotor 2 executable can not be messed with. manually replacing it with an older one, so that cut content can work, means you have a version where swooping is bugged. so you must make a choice.

If you don't have an original copy of KotOR 2, better start forgetting about being Onderon swoop champ Guess that Carbon forget to plug some wires... Edit: I have now tested the restored content mod and it doesn't fix the white line issue. Loading screen mods also do not. Strangely playing the game in 1280x720 (1080p is my native resolution) removes the white line, but of course makes the game a lot lower res.
