Yeah - Swoop racing in KOTOR II just plain sucks. Far too complex for a mini-game, and not nearly as entertaining as it was in 1. Also - I've heard that it's broken in the PC version, where you can never actually win - if you ever did well enough to win the game would crash - don't know if that's still the case or not...

And of course the most important thing: Save (quicksave preferably) before racing, then load. It's 100 per trial (first one can be free with Persuade) but winning only gives you 500; so it's most certainly not worth it if you can't win on the first try. Oh, and something I found out the hard way...don't forfeit before the race even starts.

I installed Kotor 2 with the last version of TSLRCM (1.8.3b) and M4-78EP 1.1B Everytime I start a swoop race game on Telos, my bike is stuck in the roof and I'm not able to win the race.
