    According to SA's front page David Raison's innovative scow 747 has regained the lead as of 12 noon today in the proto division. Begining to look like the scow is here to stay in the Mini class.     Prams are a compromise between a scow and a sharp bowed boat. They are popular as boat's dinghies as they tend to be shorter for a given amount of displacement and are easier to stow.
