Feb 1, 2005. #1. I ran into a problem yesterday where the accellerator pedal of my MOMO Racing Wheel kept losing it's calibration (never happened to me before). As a result, when I put the pedal to the floor, it was thinking I was only pressing it 90% of the way. I unplugged it and plugged it back in, and it would work again (for a little bit).

If the pedals sat for a long time, it's possible the potentiometers are not attached to the pedals anymore (they're basically just hooked on without much else holding them in place). Before buying a new set you may want to crack it open and see if it's an easy fix.
