    Here is a site of a family that builds reproduction board track chassis: http://www.antiquemotorcycleworks.com/ for several brands of engines. Also the best book out there is the American Racer by Stephen Wright that covers 1900-1941, but it is a photographic record(very nice) that shows all brands of bikes and the riders.
