22 ft is the common racing class. L, Pelagique. You're not going to build one are you, they're quite challenging boats to sail, typically quite big crews and as ballasted centreboarders with big open cockpits, they're sinkers. I could tell you a story of a nice young bloke with a Mullety, he hauled next to us one year so we got to know him .
