In order to run this game on Windows Vista- Windows 7, a copy of NASCAR Thunder 2004 is needed. Delete the sim racing (3D set up) file and copy and paste (3D config) file from NASCAR Thunder 2004. Rename the 3D Config file from NASCAR Thunder 2004 to 3D setup- (like the original file in Sim Racing). Run the 3D set up and then launch the game.

To get it to run do the following: Copy full disk to your hard drive under "EA SPORTS". Copy "3DConfig" from "Nascar Thunder 2003" and rename to "3DSetup" on the hard drive under SimRacing. With SimRacing in your CD drive run the run the game. I have SP1 and did NOT use XP Comp mode.
