Nigel Dean is a little-known builder who retired from racing and setup shop from mid 1980s till 1992. This is a 1991 Winter frameset. He is better known for his 'Tour Ace' touring model, and many still see service today. There are some examples of race frames, but his marque was no factory. Nigel Dean winter training frameset.
