It will be a busy year for the Osoyoos Airport. On April 13, council approved allowing the Wine Country Racing Association (WCRA) to resume using the airport tarmac for their drag races. The WCRA had taken a break in 2020 due to COVID-19, but asked for approval for several scheduled race days in 2021.
