Something to consider. I think it would be nice to have an annual special race day. A race with trophies. A day with special theme. Part of a multi-track series or just a single race at the Outback. Officially sanctioned or just unsanctioned and well-advertised. I'm collecting ideas.

A good dirt setup usually works pretty well on carpet to start. Typically, you'll want heavier shock oil (70-80 front and 60-70 rear isn't a bad place to start, but I know Yoder would tell you that's too soft even for dirt!) and you'll want to move the bottom holes of your shocks outward.

1) Race director tries best to put together racers card for the day and meets with racers at drivers meeting to discuss the plan. 2) A minimum number of cars to make a class will be established. Ideally it will be equal to the number of marshals required to cover the track. At the Outback, that number might be 5 or 6, TBD.
