One click from soft on both front and rear for drag use (mainly to help front extension and soften rear compression). Most of our cars are GM 4-link so your settings may deviate a bit.

For better handling I keep the front around 7 and the rear around 8. It's a rough ride but when your digging in the twisties it hooks nicely. With these settings I can spin the rear much easier.
