    At this temp, cold is mental. My last race (5K) was 25 degrees w/ 12 mph wind. Warmed up in heavier gear, but raced in shorts with a sleeveless tech under a long sleeve Under Armour with a lite short sleeve tech (team jearsey) on top. Also had on sock hat and gloves.
