The RH line of wheels is not made by Racing Hart nor is it made by Dazz. Dazz is just an importer. Racing Hart wheels are made by a company called Hart Wheels. If the wheels are not on the www.hartwheels.co.jp site, then they are not made by Racing Hart. Hart Wheels makes other lines like Luftdrag, Lowenhart, Eurohart, etc...

My understanding is "Racing Hart" is manufactured in Japan, and they make good rims, and "RH Evolution" on the other hand are made here in the U.S. - and are less expensive and are of some lower quality. True? Also, I've seen the C5s for as low as about $200 a peice ($800 for the set sorry) and as high as $890 for the set.
