    I'm guessing you could still run a 2x rat run brace perpendicular across all your ceiling joists to tie them together, and then run your 3 diagonal braces at the angle required with them nailed to the tops of the joists butting into the rat run brace to keep them from kicking out, then add plywood gussets on both sides tying them to the joists.

You nail the rat run on layout prier to nailing the bottom cord of the trusses to the top of interior walls. If what you have is a rat run (cat walk) then it could be removed imo.

The collar tie connection to the rafters won't work, unless maybe you used split rings. So you don't have a trussed system that requires lateral bracing the same as a prefab truss roof would.
