Step 1: Grinding clearance on the manifold flange. The factory Euro-R cylinder head is cast slightly different from the typical blacktop H22 head. The typical H22 head has an oil passage that goes across the back of the head above the #3 and #4 intake ports.

H22 Euro-R EGR Cover Plate – Rosko Racing CNC machined from billet 6061 series aluminum. Comes with 7 stainless steel socket head cap screws to secure it to the manifold. Can be used along with an EGR valve blockoff plate to completely block off the EGR system OR can be used with an EGR valve to retain the functionality of the EGR system.

The H22 Euro-R idle air control valve adapter plate was designed so that you can use a typical USDM H22 iacv on your Euro-R intake manifold. It is fully CNC machined from 6061 series aluminum and ready to bolt on. Unlike some of the other adapters out there, there is no modifying or grinding of the IACV required.
