Oddly enough sonic generations has the same problem as SART. The actual problem is, the controls will either say "UNDEFINED", or have the controls (incorrectly) filled out. If you try to redefine a control for a certain action, the dialog box telling you to press a button on your controller pops up for a second, then disappears.
