    It was great night for the Stockport Wheelchair Racing squad at the Stockport Sports Awards on Friday 27 September. Rick Hoskins was voted Coach of the Year, an award previously won by fellow Stockport Harriers coach Julie Fairclough in 2012. Dan Bramall was runner up in the Disabled Sports Achiever of the Year category.

    The Stockport Harriers' wheelchair racing squad were in action at the BUPA Manchester 10K on Sunday with second places for both Stuart Bloor and Kirsty Grange. This was a great day for the squad who are relatively new to wheelchair racing with Dan and Kirsty only taking up the sport in August and November last year respectively.
