Our engine kit takes the XR250R all the way to 300cc. This motor really rips!!! We squeezed an 80mm piston to make the motor strong of the bottom. Combine the basic motor kit with our head porting service, a 34mm flatslide carb, XR600/400 air boot and filter, an exhaust system and you've got a super 300.

Our 300 kit is an 82mm piston kit that gives good overall gains and a big boost in bottom to midrange power with no loss of over rev. Get 10x the gains for less than the cost of a full exhaust. Not that a full exhaust doesn't work even better with a kitted motor.
