    I've been running 20W-50 VR1 with a K&N filter in my 79 Alfa for nearly 3 years now and it is hands down the best oil in its category! My engine is a mild street/track day build and it out-performs every other oil I've used. I run no external oil coolers and it has great oil pressure at +185 engine temps after beating on the car.
