There is a very small benefit to running weight jacker down the straights to optimize RH vs drag, but there is no ideal number, it depends on your setup and how the weight jacker affects it. Something like that requires a lot of testing to figure out, and there's more time in nailing the corner lines than messing with that.

Ford '34 Coupe On oval you will have a weight jacker option. Higher number loosens the car, lower tightens it. It goes from -20 for racing on a giant bacon skillet, to +20 if you forgot to put wings on the car. I adjust them by 1 a lap at most to make sure I'm not going to make it spin. Err on the tight side until you're comfortable.
