Having lived just a few miles from Williams Grove 1978-82 and having seen a lot of racing there, I decided to search the psu website for old aerials. Their photos from 1937-42 don't yet show the track, but I found it on the 1967-71 maps.

Willams Grove. WILLIAMS GROVE, PA (April 15, 2022): Anthony Macri, “the Concrete KId,” romped to an easy win in the 410 Sprint Cars at Williams Grove Speedway. The win was his fourth ever at the speedway and he became the first driver in 2022 to register wins on the three primary tracks that make up the tough Central Pennsylvania circuit.
