    1.) With the battery pack connected and the AC Adaptor disconnected the wheel functions 100% properly. Vibration, steering, etc. No force feedback, but there shouldn't be without it plugged in. 2.) With the AC Adaptor connected and the battery pack disconnected the LED on the front of the controller is orange.
