I have a chance to buy 2 early Hemi cranks for a 354 project that I'm planning, they are a 354 and a 392 at 10/10 for $100 each I was thinking of grinding down the 392 crank into the 354 specs or just offset grinding the 354 crank to the 392's stroke (3.90),anyone have any experience or input on what's cheaper and easier,thanks.
