Like choprods said, all the GM A-bodies (Chevelle, GTO, etc.) from 64-72 all used a triangulated four link. A big improvement can be made by shortening the instant center location, usually by raising the rearend upper arm mounting point higher. Some of the aftermarket susp suppliers make kits to do exactly this.
