I have a regular non quick release steering wheel hub with a Nardi wheel. The hub has one red wire for power (I assume). The horn button in my steering wheel on has one prong coming off of it for power. I know the horn button has to ground somewhere for the horn to sound, but when I put everything together and press the horn it doesn't work.
