Posted July 23, 2011. I have been wanting to do the same thing. Some things I have found. the KA24e head has the mount for a mechanical fuel pump from the L motors. The cam lobe that pushes the pump can be unbolted from the L cam and installed on to the KA cam, you will need a 3psi reg.
