We have pushed on SCORE again to drop the +/-2" wheelbase limit. Just make it 108" max, don't care if you shorten or lengthen wheelbase to get there. The Wilson Bronco can still be Class 3 legal, they have decided to switch it because the coilover package is much cheaper to maintain. Plus they want to race against more than 1 other car. Some people have been pushing SCORE to allow longer WB vehicles into Class 3. This would make K5's not competitive in the class, and that is really the only class where they are competitive. In my opinion those folks want SCORE to tinker with the rules of a Historic class for their own gain...
